Biz Ethics Training conducts bespoke keynote presentations and continuing education focusing on compliance, behavioral ethics, white-collar crime, corporate culture, whistleblowing, integrity, trust, loyalty and engagement. These sessions have been approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), ACFE chapters, along with the Supreme Courts of several states for lawyers.
Paul Fiorelli was a University Professor, Ethics Center Director, and former Supreme Court Fellow at the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
My presentations follow along with my book chapters in “Establishing Workplace Integrity: Six Lessons in Values-Based Leadership”. The sessions are interactive and engaging, filled with case studies, pop culture references, and embedded video clips that are memorable, making ethics related continuing education enjoyable. I have successfully received the approval for ethics training for accountants by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
Biz Ethics Training offers ethics training to U.S. and foreign audiences. Fiorelli also currently teaches at a French law school.

I first became interested in ethics and compliance as a University Professor at Xavier University. My Supreme Court Fellowship at the U.S. Sentencing Commission allowed me to focus on Chapter 8 of the Guidelines that I used to publish numerous law reviews, business articles and two books. I directed the Cintas Institute for Business Ethics for 25 years and recently retired from teaching. Now I focus on speaking engagements with my business – Biz Ethics Training.
